Marketplace role
Rigarex provides tools for discovering equipment, communicating with sellers and service providers, requesting financing, and managing related marketplace activity. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Rigarex is not the owner, seller, lender, technician, rigging contractor, freight provider, or inspector in transactions between users.
Accounts and contact information
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials and contact information reasonably current. You may not create an account using another person's identity or mobile number without authorization. Rigarex may require verification of an email address, mobile phone number, identity, organization, or other account information to protect users and the marketplace.
SMS messaging terms
When you provide a mobile phone number and actively select the SMS consent option, you authorize Rigarex to send transactional SMS messages related to phone verification, account security, multi-factor authentication, and account or marketplace activity that you request or enable. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help. Opting out may prevent you from completing or using features that require SMS verification or SMS-based multi-factor authentication. Consent to these transactional messages is not consent to receive marketing texts, and Rigarex will not treat SMS consent as permission for third-party or affiliate marketing.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a mobile number you are authorized to use and for updating or removing the number if it is reassigned or no longer controlled by you.
Listings
Sellers are responsible for accurate equipment descriptions, ownership authority, condition, pricing, availability, and included items. Rigarex may flag, remove, restore, restrict, or request verification of listings as part of marketplace moderation and security.
Technicians and other service providers
Technicians and other marketplace service providers are independent providers unless Rigarex expressly states otherwise. User reviews reflect user experiences. Insurance verification means only that Rigarex reviewed evidence of the displayed coverage information; it is not a certification or guarantee of technical ability, performance, or coverage for a particular job.
Finance
Financing is provided by third-party finance partners. Approval, rates, terms, underwriting, documentation, and funding decisions are made by those partners. A request submitted through Rigarex does not guarantee approval or funding.
Acceptable use
Users may not post fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or intentionally misleading content; impersonate others; misuse private information; attempt unauthorized access; abuse verification or messaging systems; scrape or disrupt the service in violation of applicable restrictions; or interfere with the operation or security of Rigarex.
Account protection and enforcement
Rigarex may use account, device, IP, verification, and activity information to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and protect the marketplace. Rigarex may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
Privacy
Use of Rigarex is also subject to the Rigarex Privacy Policy, including its disclosures concerning mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, security information, and information sharing.
Changes and contact
